Long-Term Youth and Family Support

The Long-Term Youth and Family Support program aims to improve outcomes for children at the highest risk of reentering the child protective services system. Program goals are reducing a child’s interaction with the juvenile justice system, reducing teen pregnancy and increasing graduation rates from elementary to high school.

Service Focus


Families with youth from kindergarten to 12th grade at the highest risk of reentry into the child protective services system.

  • Children remain safe during services and within one to three years after services.
